Copyright & Reporting
Last updated 29 September 2026
If someone has uploaded your work here without permission, or you have found content that breaks the rules, this page explains how to report it and what happens next. This is the notice-and-action procedure required by the EU Digital Services Act.
How to report
The quickest way is the Report button on the work or profile itself. You can also email viperkdrgamer@gmail.com — please include the same information either way.
Who can report
- The owner of the work
- Someone authorised to act for them, such as a studio or agent
You do not need an account here to report something.
What to include
- A link to the infringing work on this site.
- Proof of ownership, or a link to the original — the source file, the original upload, the Roblox experience, a dated post, or anything else that shows it is yours.
- Contact details, so the report can be followed up.
- A statement that the information is accurate and the report is made in good faith.
Reports missing a link or any evidence of ownership cannot usually be acted on, and will be rejected.
What happens next
- The report is reviewed.
- If it is valid, the content is removed or hidden from public view.
- The person who uploaded it is told what was removed and why, and can respond or appeal by replying to that notice or emailing viperkdrgamer@gmail.com.
- If the response shows the removal was wrong, the content is restored.
- Accounts that repeatedly upload other people's work are banned.
Reports are handled as quickly as is practical. This is a small site run by one person, so please allow a few days.
False reports
Reporting content you have no rights over, or filing reports to harass someone or take down a competitor, is itself a breach of the Terms of Service and can lead to a ban. Repeated bad-faith reports from an account will result in reports from it being ignored.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the notice you were sent or email viperkdrgamer@gmail.com with an explanation and any evidence that the work is yours. It will be reviewed and restored if the removal was wrong.
What is kept
Reports and the decisions made on them are kept as a record of why content was removed, even after the content itself is gone. If you delete your account, reports you filed stay but are no longer linked to you. See the Privacy Policy.
