Terms of Service

By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before relying on it.
Who can use this site
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- One account per person. Don't create accounts for others.
- Give accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think it has been accessed by someone else, change your password and email viperkdrgamer@gmail.com.
What belongs to the platform
The site itself — its design, code, name, logo, and the AnimExporter Roblox Studio plugin — belongs to KDR Studio.
- Don't copy or clone the site.
- Don't scrape it or harvest its content in bulk.
- Don't resell, redistribute or republish the plugin as your own.
The plugin is free to use for exporting your own animations and uploading them here.
What belongs to you
You keep full ownership of everything you upload. Uploading here does not transfer any rights in your work to anyone.
So that the site can actually show your work, you grant KDR Studio a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, resize and convert your content — for example, turning animation data into something the 3D viewer can play — and to show it on the site and in link previews such as Discord embeds.
This licence exists only to run the platform. It is not used to sell, sublicense or promote your work elsewhere. It ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short-term backups that roll over on their own.
What you are responsible for
- You confirm you own what you upload, or have permission from whoever does.
- You are responsible for your content, including whether you had the right to post it.
Other people's work
Everything on this site belongs to the person who uploaded it. Visitors may look at it; downloading, ripping, re-uploading or reusing someone's work without their permission is not allowed.
Viewing an animation in the 3D viewer is not permission to take the underlying data.
Content rules
Don't upload:
- Work that isn't yours, or stolen or leaked animations and assets
- Anything illegal
- Sexual content
- Hateful, violent, or harassing content
- Spam, or content posted only to advertise something else
- Malware, or files intended to harm or mislead
- Impersonation of another person, studio or brand
Enforcement
Content that breaks these rules can be removed, and accounts can be suspended or banned. Where practical you will be told what was removed and why, and you can respond — see the copyright and reporting page.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are banned.
Not affiliated with Roblox
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, used here only to describe what the site is for.
Using this site does not exempt you from Roblox's own terms.
Payments between users
Creators can show ways to be paid for their work. Whatever is paid for is a deal between the creator and their client. KDR Studio is not a party to that deal, does not guarantee the work, and does not act as an agent for either side.
Payment links. Links to PayPal, Ko-fi, Patreon, a bank transfer and similar services are third-party sites. Money paid through them never passes through this site, so we cannot hold, refund or recover it. Their own terms and buyer protection apply. We check that a link really goes to the service it names, nothing more.
Paying on this site. Where a creator offers it, a payment can be made on this site. It is processed by Stripe and paid out to the creator's own Stripe account; card and bank details go to Stripe and never to us. Creators need to be at least 18 and to accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Any platform fee is shown before you pay.
Refunds and disputes. Refunds are up to the creator and are made from their dashboard. If you can't resolve a problem with them, you can dispute a card payment with your card issuer. Disputes are decided by the card network, not by us, and a creator with disputed payments may be reviewed or suspended. Payment options of suspended accounts are hidden.
Rules. Don't use payments for anything these terms forbid, and never offer to trade Robux for real money: Roblox's rules forbid it. Robux belong on Roblox (game passes, group payouts). Report scams with “Scam / payment fraud”. See also paying safely.
No guarantees
The site is provided “as is”. There is no guarantee of uptime, and no guarantee that your uploads will be preserved indefinitely. Keep your own backups of your work.
To the fullest extent Finland law allows, KDR Studio is not liable for lost content, lost income, or other indirect damages arising from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It removes your profile, works, animations and uploaded files.
Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or terminated, with notice where reasonable.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially, the version number above is increased and signed-in users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes fall to the Finnish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
